What to expect on your first visit
We know a dental visit can feel like a lot, and we are sensitive to that. During your first visit we review your dental and medical history and take x-rays of your teeth and mouth. Then Dr. Sipes sits down with you to go over what he sees, build a treatment plan that fits you, and answer your questions. At your next visit, we clean and polish your teeth and check your teeth and gums for any early signs of trouble. Most appointments run between 45 and 90 minutes.
Come prepared, and come back regularly
Please bring your completed patient information form to your first appointment; we are glad to provide the forms ahead of time so you are not filling them out in the waiting room. The American Dental Association recommends a checkup and cleaning every six months to keep your teeth and gums healthy, and regular visits are also the easiest way to catch small problems before they become big ones.

Financial information and insurance
The cost of your care depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. Before anything begins, we will go over the cost and each of your payment options so you can make the choice that is right for you. Our office accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans, and our staff is always available to help with insurance claims and paperwork. If you have any questions about your coverage, just ask.
Please remember that we process your insurance as a courtesy to you. Ultimately, you are responsible for payment in full, and we are always happy to walk you through your coverage so there are no surprises.
